OUR POLICIES & CHECK IN INFO
MINIMUM STAY: Two night minimum stay.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 3:00 PM. We will text you the keypad code within a few days prior to arrival. Please text/call me when you think you will be arriving so we can give you a rundown of the bungalow at 218.255.5650 Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
OCCUPANCY: Bungalow rates are based on 1- 4 people. No more than 4 people per bungalow is allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations have a significant negative effect on our small resort as it is very difficult to re-book dates that are cancelled. For cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival 50% of the reservation will be refunded minus processing fees. The paid amount is non-refundable for cancellation within 14 days of arrival. For guests who shorten their reserved stay, there will be no refund for the unused portion of the reservation. "No-shows" will be responsible for payment in full for the entire reservation. No refunds on promo codes and/or specials.
GARBAGE: There are extra garbage bags under the sink in the bungalow. If you fill a bag, please tie it and place on the deck so we can take it.
FIREPIT AREA: Some firewood is provided for a campfire. Matches are in the black box on the post next to the firepit area. We have hammock for our guest to use in bags along the post. There is a charcoal grill for our guest to use in the fire pit area. Charcoal for the grill is not provide.
TRAILERS: Please park your trailers along the grey shed to free up area in the bungalow driveway.
QUIET-TIME: is at 10:00 PM. Please no music or loud noises after this time. Thank you.
NO SMOKING: A cleaning fee of up to $500.00 will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside the bungalows.
NO PETS: are allowed in the bungalows or on the property. No exceptions. Any evidence of pets, pet's hair, pet hair transfer is subject to a minimum $150+ cleaning fee. We keep bungalows pet free for other customers with allergies.
NO TENTS: or additional sleeping facilities are permitted on the property without approval.
DAMAGES AND EXTRA CLEANING: damages incurred, missing items, excessive cleaning required after check-out will be charged to your bill at the discretion of the owners.
